Within the first twelve hours, the insulation will be 85% cured, and after 15 days, the insulation becomes 100% cured, and once cured, the insulation is zero-VOC. The insulation process from beginning to end must be quality controlled. Professionally installed insulation is applied by specially trained contractors to the inside surface of exterior walls, to the underside of the roof, and beneath floors in basements and crawl spaces during new home construction or home remodeling.
All of the equipment is contained in a box truck or trailer which arrives on site with the insulation team. It is a simple, safe and clean process where two chemicals are pumped to a high pressure foam machine. Once pressure and heat is set, the chemicals are pumped through the heated hoses to a gun where it is mixed and sprayed.
